Can I change or cancel my order after it's shipped?

If you created an order by mistake and want to cancel you can do it from your account section. If we have already processed the order and you can not cancel it from the account area, kindly get in touch with us and we will help you. Orders cannot be canceled after they've been shipped. Once an order is handed over to our service partner they handle the shipment till it is safely delivered to you.
